The ICB (Institute of Certified Bookkeepers) provides a three level Entrepreneurship Programme which can be achieved through distance learning with Bellview! Each course builds on the last and once all are completed you will have obtained a fully accredited National Diploma.


NATIONAL CERTIFICATE: Small Business Financial Management 


DURATION: 12 Months 


REQUIREMENTS :  Grade 11 or equivalent


Senior Entrepreneur

HIGHER CERTIFICATE: Office Administration 


DURATION: 26 Months 


REQUIREMENTS: National Certificate: Small Business Financial Management 


Management Accountant

NATIONAL DIPLOMA: Financial Accounting 


DURATION: 36 Months 


REQUIREMENTS: Higher Certificate: Office Administration

Only have Grade 10?

If your highest grade completed is Grade 10 and you would like to enroll in a course with a higher level entry requirement, you can try one of the following options:

You can complete the first level of our ICB Bookkeeping and Accounting course in order to gain access to one of the following courses:


  • ICB Public Sector Accounting 
  • ICB Business Management 
  • ICB Entrepreneurship

In order to enroll in our ICB Office Administration course you will be required to complete certain qualifications equivalent to a matric certificate.
Your options are;

  • Complete the first and second level of our ICB Bookkeeping and Accounting course. 
  • Complete the first level of the ICB Bookkeeping and Accounting course and the first level of either the ICB Public Sector Accounting, ICB Business Management or ICB Entrepreneurship
