Office Administration Curriculum
After registering for your ICB course, you can access the ICB Student Portal to view your assessments, assignments, and final exam content. Assessments and assignments are designed to prepare students for their final exam and will demonstrate which areas they have to pay more attention to.
Office Administration Assessments To Be Completed
Each ICB course has two multiple-choice tests. Students can complete these tests online via the MACCI platform, and will receive their marks immediately after submission.
Students can choose when they want to complete their tests, as long as they submit it before their final exam date. These tests are designed to prepare students for the exam, so you will have a time limit. This information will be stated in your course programme and your Portfolio of Evidence (PoE).
Office Administration Assignments To Be Completed
Each ICB Office Administration has three assignments students need to complete before their final exam.
The first two assignments should be completed online and marks are released directly after students submit their content. The final assignment should be downloaded from your PoE so that you can complete it offline.
You should then upload the assignment to your PoE as a PDF document. Since this assignment will be marked manually, you will be notified once your results are available.
Office Administration Exams
Each ICB course has a final exam. Students should register for an exam date and venue. Your training provider can assist you with finding venues near you. You will be able to write your exams from home if you have fully completed your PoE content before or on the due dates.
If your PoE is incomplete by the time of your examination, you will not be allowed to write your exam and will have to redo your course.
The ICB does not make past exam papers available. This is due to the fact that the curriculum is updated each year. Since the ICB assessments, assignments, and tests are very thorough, students will be fully prepared with all the course material they need at the time of their final exams.
