Our Human Resource Management programme is made up of three structured courses: N4, N5, and N6. Each level builds on the last, allowing you to develop essential skills in people management, business operations, communication, and computer literacy.

N4 Human Resource Management
This is the first course of three included in our programme.
Length: 12 months
Entrance requirement: Matric certificate
Subjects include:
- Entrepreneurship and Business Management N4
- Personnel Management N4
- Management Communication N4
- Computer Practice N4 or Introductory Computer Practice N4
N5 Human Resource Management
The N5 certificate is the second one you will receive before completing the programme.
Length: 12 months
Entrance requirement: National Certificate: N4 Human Resource Management
Subjects include: (+ N4 Human Resource Management subjects)
- Personnel Management N5
- Personnel Training N5
- Labour Relations N5
- Computer Practice N5 or Computer Practice N4
- N6 Human Resource Management
The third and final course in our programme, after completing this you are able to receive your Diploma!
Length: 12 months
Entrance Requirement: National Certificate: N5 Human Resource Management
Subjects include: (+ N4 and N5 Human Resource Management subjects)
- Personnel Management N6
- Personnel Training N6
- Labour Relations N6
- Computer Practice N6 or Computer Practice N5
Receiving these three certificates together with 18 months of practical experience will award you with your National Diploma.
